 Model 730 Steel Drum Tumbler
End-over-end tumble mixing in 55-gallon steel
drums is a rapid, effective and economical method for mixing or
blending wet and/or dry materials. Single and double drum designs with
constant or variable speed drives.
Features:

"Removable drum" design permits mixing
in suppliers' drums; eliminates loading, unloading, cleaning of
fixed containers.

One tumbling unit can be used for varied
materials, colors, etc., by using additional drums.

Heavy welded steel plate construction provides
maintenance-free service, shock-resistance, rigidity.

Drum holder opens quickly, easily, locks
securely.

On variable speed machines, speeds can be changed
while unit is operating.

Options: Revolution counters, timers, electric
brakes, 30 gallon yoke adapter, motor controls, hydraulic drum
lifter

 Model 745 Adjustable
Drum Rollers
These units save time, labor and money in applications where mixing is
performed by rolling the container. Fully adjustable to roll any round container from a 5-gallon pail to a 55-gallon drum.
Features:

Heavy-duty 6" diameter Neoprene wheels, eight
under each drum, can be moved to clear hoops and bungs permitting
unlimited latitude in type of container rolled.

Neoprene wheels bleed the static electricity
generated by drum rotation.

Smooth running ball bearing pillow blocks and solid
welded steel basis for heavy-duty service.

Constant speed drive: 144 RPM which rotates
55-gallon drum at 37
RPM. Note: To compute revolving speed of other containers, multiply
diameter of wheels by RPM of wheels and divide by diameter of
container.

V-belt and expandable pulley-type variable speed
drive allows speeds from 76 to 190 RPM. Speed can be changed when
unit is operating.

Motors:
3/4 HP is 115/23OV, 60 cycle, single phase totally enclosed. I HP is
230/46OV, 60 cycle, three phase, totally enclosed. Other motors are
available on special request.
